Bottles have a printed "best by" date of July 2026, however the oil will not go bad. Simply, no longer at its prime prime!

Bottled in Chianti on the estate of Duccio Corsini, quintessentially spicy and green, this oil expresses itself rather boldly in the kitchen. Best used for dressing and finishing.
